This March, we’re honoring the women making history right now….as we speak – err, watch. So we talked to four women creating some of our fave movies and TV shows about the impact of having women in all different types of positions behind the scenes.
They get into their favorite moments on set, career highlights, and the challenges they face working in a male-dominated industry (hi, mansplaining and mistrust). Oh, and what they think still needs to see change. Because women in the film and TV have come a long way, but they’re still going.
