A CBD roller that soothes our aches and pains...
I just turned 32 so I've entered my achy girl era. I don't bounce back from workouts as quickly, and more upsetting than that, if I sleep with my neck slightly off my pillow, my shoulders are thrown off for a few days. In order to adjust to this life stage, I started using herbOrder's Relief Rub. It has shea butter, CBD, and a mix of essential oils. I usually rub it on sore spots before bed, but it can also be added to a stretch/cool-down routine after working out. I've also used it alongside my massage gun to help release tight muscles. The rub goes on with no lingering scent or sticky residue. Since it's in a twist tube, you can apply it like deodorant, leaving my hands clean so I don't have to worry about touching my face or eyes after. Will it suddenly take away every body ache you've ever had? No, but it does help to diminish soreness. I've also used it on an SI joint injury, and I've noticed less soreness in the affected area. –Alexandra Napoli ($45.99, herbOrder)

Our new favorite tank top...
I have one of Naadam’s cashmere sweaters, and I’m obsessed (unfortunately it’s almost sold out). But it made me wonder, what else would I love from the brand? As a white tank connoisseur, this one is objectively perfect. It has a chic high neck and enough coverage on the sides that you can go braless without showing anything. The fabric is ribbed and soft, with just the right amount of stretch. Plus, the length is great for jeans and denim shorts, since it hits right above the waistline. Safe to say it’s my new favorite basic. –Martha Upton ($68, Naadam)

A lip balm by one of our favorite brands...
I’m back with another emotional support lip product: this Barrier Baste lip balm from Dr. Idriss. My lips are ultra-sensitive and hate lanolin. This one is made without lanolin, and it's packed with squalane and ceramides that keep my lips hydrated. It’s somewhere between a mask and a gloss, and I’ve noticed that it fills the lines in my lips and plumps them within an hour of wearing. I truly can’t get enough. FYI, I love the brand’s cleanser, too. –Margo Ghertner ($24, Sephora)

A glowy setting spray with SPF...
This is one of the straight-up smartest products I’ve used in a while. It's a makeup setting spray made with SPF 50 and skincare ingredients, like vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, so it works on three fronts. It’s just the best way to touch up your skin throughout the day, and re-up your sunscreen without messing up your makeup. It also provides a radiant effect that makes your skin look so pretty and fresh. –Caroline Goldstein ($34, Kopari)

A chafe stick that beats the heat...
If you, too, have thighs that like to stay in touch, let me put you onto the Fur Chafe Cushion. I gave it a test run on a recent trip to Jamaica, and it delivered. The stick glides on like deodorant, leaves zero residue, and actually lasts for hours (yes, even in island heat). And the best part: It’s not just for your thighs. I’ve used it under my boobs, under my arms, and basically anywhere that gets annoyingly sweaty. Total game changer. –Sarai Thompson ($20, Fur)

An aluminum-free deodorant that actually works...
I'll start off by saying I am a Sweaty Girly™, so not only am I skeptical of any "natural" deodorants, but I also often opt for men's deodorant for daily wear. That is, until I found out about Summary. I got the chance to try the brand, and when I wasn't reaching to reapply this deodorant every hour on the hour, I knew it was built different. It goes on transparently despite its purple color, and has zero parabens, sulfates, or aluminum, but is still highly effective. I only needed to reapply twice throughout a 10-hour day. The travel size saved my life when I was traveling for a wedding last week. Bonus points for fitting in my teeny-tiny purse. –Alessandra Rey ($18, Free People)
