Lauren Wingenroth is a journalist with over a decade of experience writing on the arts, the outdoors, lifestyle, fitness, and more. Hailing from North Carolina's Outer Banks, Lauren currently lives in Carrboro, NC, where she loves exploring the trails, trying new restaurants and breweries, and supporting the local arts scene. She is a marathoner, an avid women's sports fan, and a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University.
