Haley Hilton is a freelance journalist living in New York City. Her writing has appeared in Well+Good, Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Pointe and Dance Teacher. She holds a BA in Multimedia Journalism from Brigham Young University, and when she’s not writing you can find her dancing, teaching dance, or walking through Central Park with her husband and their golden retriever named Lucky.
