Ciara Lucas is an NYC-based health journalist and fitness/wellness professional. She is a certified personal trainer, marathoner and indoor cycling instructor. Ciara's work has been published in online publications including LIVESTRONG and Health Digest. She's also an experienced broadcaster, previously working for NBC, ABC and FOX News affiliates as an on-air reporter and host. Ciara is a graduate of the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
